We will be donating 5% of our profits to the Miami-Dade Animal Services Pet Adoption & Protection Center. For every dollar made, 5 cents is donated to the foundation to directly provide help for abandoned animals, to protect animals from cruelty, reunite lost pets with their owners, protect people and pets in our community from health-related issues and to ensure the public’s safety. The rest of the profits goes towards generating future donations and covering operating costs.

Why won't my Stool open?

-If you look under your Stool there is a safety lock. This lock ensures that the Stool will not open unintentionally. All you have to do to unlock this safety lock is to turn the switch into the "OFF" position. You should hear a click when you change the switch's state.

How to use the Stool?

-To open the Stool, twist the bottom safety switch to "OFF" to unlock the folded Stool. Hold the center holes on both sides and pull out directly in opposite directions. Adjust the Stool to the desired height. To fix the Stool, make sure the lock clips are in each flute on the stool wall plates by completely twisting the stool clockwise using the center holes. The seat should be locked into place before sitting. It will then be ready for use on flat surfaces. To close the stool, twist counterclockwise and push inward. Twist bottom switch to "ON" to lock the folded stool into place.

Where do I store my Stool?

-Store your foldable stool somewhere cool or at normal room temperature. Never keep by an open flame because this will cause the plastic to melt. In each Collapsible Stool order we provide you with one Collapsible Stool, one Bag/Cushion, and one Bonus Drink Holder.

How to adjust the bag?

-There is an adjustable belt on the bag that can be adjusted by tilting then pulling the plastic device forwards or backwards.

How to change Bag into Cushion?

-Simple! Just turn the bag inside out to reveal the two elastic belt straps. Close the reversed bag with the zipper. To use the cushion, strap the elastic belts under the stool seat to fasten the bag on top of the stool. The bag can now be used as a cushion and is ready for use.

How to put on the Drink Holder?

-To use the drink holder, connect the fasten buttons in their respective places. The topmost button gets connected inside the drink holder.

Are these Stools safe?

- Yes! These Stools are made from one of the most durable plastics called Polypropylene. Of the commercial plastics on the market today, polypropylene is considered one of the safest. It’s FDA-approved for food contact, so you’ll find polypropylene in food containers like those that hold yogurt, cream cheese, and butter products. Because it has a high heat tolerance, it’s also often used in packaging of food that can be heated in a microwave. Some surgical devices and implants are also made of polypropylene, and polypropylene fibers are commonly used to weave area rugs for indoor and outdoor use.

Are these safe for everyone?

-These Stools are not intended for children, so we advise you to keep the little ones away from this product while in use. Our Stool can handle up to 350 pounds, so please keep that in mind while using our product. It is safe for the user to open and close our stools (since in order to use the stool both hands have to be on the ends to operate the stool). Be mindful of the people around you because while closing/opening the stool, the fingers of others around you can get caught in between the locks.

Can they be used anywhere?

-These Stools are meant to be used on FLAT SURFACES. Do not use these Stools on hills, inclines, or uneven surfaces. They are also meant for sitting purposes only. Do not stand or lean these Stools.
